In order to send your welcome package
with your door code, check in instructions, etc., please click on the link
to authorize your security deposit. You may enter the
amount provided to you by one of our agents. Unlike other rental agencies,
we do not charge your card; we only authorize it. The authorization
charge will
be voided on or before seven (7) business days after your departure
date, when our staff conducts an inspection of the property. Please
follow all our guidelines and check out procedures in order to avoid
security deposit deductions.
